I think its worth us working through the PDOF as it relates to ACE. Currently, our executive view is a roll-up of the services and applications for the ACE Cadre and MG Cooley -- I would want to define in terms of research, prototyping, production, user applications, ACE, and that would probably suffice in terms of views -- You could imaging a simple stop light chart with a percentage of services that are working without issue, etc. It will also define a DCO health status (I always think of what Huffman was after, and the work that my MS Student - Army MAJ I had, I think he ended up working for Paul Stanton -- it was related to risk based on the network structure, vulnerability, etc). And eventually report the current AI risk based on an Agent self-assessment, when we get that far!
The NetOps view will be ticketing stats, current DCO patches, etc, possibly extracting stuff from the CDE that's relevant to keep services and such running -- comm pipes, etc,
The User view will be account preferences, a log of accessible things based on their credentials and role, and show the status of any of their submitted tickets, requests, etc. All of that individual user stuff should be available from that page -- this is simply the user profile page with some additional components to view the status of their services and of their requests.
