The ACT3 prototyping team is led by Dr. Juan R. Vasquez and Dr. Terry A. Wilson. They are responsible for continuous customer engagement to define and building a minimally viable product. The government principal performers providing technical leadership of individual efforts are Capt. Jonathan Roeber, Mr. Benjamin Heiner, and Mr. Karl Sylva, with partners in Government and Industry. The prototyping teams focuses on co-creating solutions with DoD customers, and exploring the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to deliver exceptional capabilities. The team has several ongoing critical efforts that span several business process problems; intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; as well as tactics generation in fighter aircraft.
